Tri-County Floors

I originally heard about Keith, Jeff and Tri-County Floors from my son. I could not be happier! They first removed an old garden tub and installed a new walk-in shower using tile and pebble floor and installed a new tile floor in the bathroom, and I was so pleased with that, we also had them come out to install new laminate wood floors and carpeting in the whole house. Absolutely fabulous It looks like we have a new house. Would I recommend Keith, Jeff and Tri-County Floors again? You bet I would

Efficient and customer focused with valued product.

Keith and his installer were fabulous! I would use them again if I needed more flooring work done. They installed both carpet and wood laminate & I am very pleased with the work and the professionalism.

the people Keith has working with him are the best. I had two different crews because we had tile, flooring and carpets installed. there was a delay of one day because the job before me had sub flooring that need replacing and instead of just covering it up he did the repair work. although it was not my house it told me that Keith is more interested in doing it RIGHT. anyone that needs this type of work will be more than happy with cost, and quality of the flooring and installation.

Keith and his workers are fabulous. They are on time, professional and respectful in demeanor, they clean up at the end of each day, they are fast, and are careful when handling your property. As a property owner you had better be prepared and clear on what you want because Keith and his crew they come prepared to work from the moment they arrive. I could not ask for more.

I had submitted a request for quotes on laminate flooring through a website. Keith was the only one who called. He did not send a generated email, but actually called. I set an appointment to get a quote. Keith called 30 minutes before the appointment and showed up on time. His prices were reasonable, not hidden fees, and payment was as it should be with a deposit up front and the balance when the job is done. He always called before he or his crew would come over. They were all very courteous and did a fantastic job on our floors. When I had questions after the job was done Keith came over to address them. I would highly recommend Tri-County Floors. Excellent, friendly, and quality service.

The owner, Keith was very professional, and was very trustworthy. We appreciate his time and his excellent service. We love our new floors.

They came in time fast friendly trustworthy I love my floors I've gotten so many compliments

The service was excellent. Keith the owner was very professional, he was on time for estimate and delivery. Impressed with price no hidden cost. His crew was professional also. Keith gave me a time frame of how long it would take and they delivered. Omg the Laminate Wood Floor is so beautiful the quality is excellent. I will be calling Tri-County Floors again for all of my future flooring. Thank you Keith

The service was excellent. No extra hidden charges. Floor was clean and ready for move-in immediately.

Keith was great to work with and all the guys that came for the install were very friendly and professional. Keith said they would be here at 8am and at 8:03 the doorbell rang! :) They came in and got right to it and worked hard and were just wonderful! The floors were done faster than we expected and all of our questions were answered, the guys were very knowledgeable. The work was done very well and look great! Keith came the following day for a walk through and also gave good info on maintenance and answered questions. Overall a wonderful experience - highly recommend! Very Happy!!

I was amazed at the efficiency of the overall job! EXTREMELY impressed with their fair prices with no hidden costs, integrity, superb quality of craftsmanship and work ethic from the owner on down to each worker. They didn’'t waste a minute of time or our hard earned money; and cleaned up after the job was done!

BEST I COULD HAVE DEAMED OF. PERFECT!

Honest, dependable, superb workmanship, they made sure everything met my expectations before even walking out the door in which their work did!! I highly recommend them!!

Waiting for project to begin. I am waiting until after Xmas. Tri-County Floors has so far been very professisonal. Arrived at scheduled appt. time. Liked that he in and out in less than 30 minutes and provided me with a very competitive bid. Owner was very knowledgable and personable.

Project completed on schedule and in a workmanlike manner.

They provided complete service:moved furniture, took care of all baseboard and trim, removed all old carpet and pad. All was included in bid to make for a worry free installation. Thanks Keith.

job took longer than estimated, installers seemed unsure of themselves workmanship was ok but could have been better

Tri-County Floors and Keith Calhoun did a great job installing my carpet in 3 rooms and I do plan to use them again in the next few months for some other carpet installation and stretching. I like how Keith Calhoun is very professional and provides the personal attention to my needs for my home by spending time discussing my issues and needs. He also had carpet instock so I could have what I wanted installed prior to moving into my home. Thanks Keith!

Everyone was very professional. The service was completed as scheduled and the upstairs floors look GREAT!

I thought they did a great job and were very friendly guys. I would work with them again because they did quality work and did it quickly. My wife is happy with the new carpet so I'm happy too. :)

keith was very professional and answered all our questions.

Keith is great to work with!

The guys that actually laid the carpet were so Nice! They moved and returned all the furniture. Great Job Guys!

Choose this company because they could get to it quicker. The carpet was not the quality I was told it would be, and I wish I would have gone with the other bid that was 25% lower. I relied on a picture of the carpet to determine the quality, and it is not as described. You can see past the fibers to the black matting from several feet away. Seems really thin. After the installation, I called to let them know of a 2ft long, 1/2 in wide rip in the carpet where they didn't seam it well. It took 7 days and multiple phone calls to get them back out to fix it.
