For such a small job, I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process from the sales aspect thru installation. I knew exactly what I was buying without "usual sales hype"! We definitely will select Tri-County for future projects as well as refer them to our friends and family.

David Sloan was very knowledgeable and brings years of experience to help make your decision in carpet selection. The installer was an independent contractor, but did a great job. I would definitely use Tri-County Floors again.

BAD!! Incomplete job. I paid in full and the baseboard trim arrived not only the wrong color, it was the wrong size. The trim for the door opening did not arrive at all. I live out of town. I was told that they would exchange the base, bring the door trim, and shave the doors to fit over the new carpeting when I returned at a mutually scheduled time. I returned, made 2 appointments for completion, both time no show. Now can't make contact with company nor installer. Left several messages. I hired someone else to complete the job and now will see them in court for reimbursement.

"This carpeting project was completed in one day. Customer was told the base board would not be identical since they were 30 years old. The door trimming was not contracted since we will not trim metal doors. She never called here. I made efforts to call her after I saw the review but never heard back. I am sorry she feels that way but we made all efforts to get this completed while she was in town."
