The job specifically was to replace two downspouts only. This was a very small job and I even had the downspouts which the tech used, so there was no room for profit there. They did the job, removing all my novice stop gap remedy, as if it was a complete replacement of all gutters and downspouts. The tech stopped got the elbows for the job did the work and was gone in an hour. I was notified of when he arrived what he needed to do and when he was leaving. The yard was spotless and if I did not know the downspouts were duct taped to the house when I left for Chicago that morning, I would not have been able to tell the tech had been there. It was handled very professionally and courteously from the first phone call to the final notification of completion. Great job. I am very pleased with every step of the experience and would recommend them highly Oh that's right I already did. :-)

Very professional and thorough estimate. Only company that actually got ladder and went on roof and really checked things out. Have job scheduled so I can't review final project.

Prompt, efficient, friendly, professional job. The supply truck rolled up about 8AM and formed the gutters (6" K-gutters) to length and was gone about 8:20. About 10 the installers arrived and worked in 90-degree-plus temperatures all the while answering questions and explaining what was happening. Within two hours, the gutters, diverters and downspouts were fully installed. The entire job looks very professional, and several heavy rains showed that the gutters and downspouts perform just as intended. We're extremely satisfied with the workmanship, and would recommend Tri-County to anyone looking to install gutters and downspouts.

Very good communication - even with bad weather they were quick to get the job done - supervisor Dave was very good at explaining what his guys were doing and when they would return due to bad weather.
