Brandon came out to do my estimate in a timely manner. He's also who came out to clean my gutters and removed 3 huge bags of trash. Very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend and call again.

Sam did not have sufficient equipment to do the job!! He mowed around branches and did not blow all of the grass clippings from under where his truck was parked in the driveway. He was 1:30 min late.

"I arrived to customers house thinking I would just weed eat, mow, edge, and blow because that is what I quoted. when i get there she wants me to cut a trail behind her over grown bushes which required a chainsaw, and wanted me to use a hedge trimmer on her bushes. I did not bring told to do that with because I never quoted to do that. I did cut around large branches she had fallen in her yard because they were to big to move so I cut and weed eat around, I also blowed everywhere that needed blowing. I was also not late I told her on the phone I would be there between 10-12 and got there around 11."

Brandon was the only one of 3 fencing companies I contacted to actually show up to give me an estimate, and he did so promptly. He was very professional and his price reasonable. Although he started the project later than initially planned, he kept us informed for the reasons. Once the project was begun, it was completed in the timeframe promised and the workmanship was excellent.

Overall, we are very satisfied by the work done by Tri County Home Services. The project did take longer than expected, but we were given regular updates and photos of the progress. Our new siding and gutters look great!

My rating is based on a lack of communication and lack of response to my request for follow up. My gutters were not done correctly and are needing some minor repairs. He has yet come out to make things right.

"I responded to your inquiry promptly and you had a complaint about a leaking gutter and I came out a couple days after I spoke with you and saw where my guy had forgot to seal an endcap so I sealed it up. That is all that was mentioned at that time. Two weeks later I get another call about leafguard saying that they were lose. I get a picture showing what was wrong and it looked to me like 2 pieces were cut a inch short, so I told Joan that I would come out when I had time to install the inch piece that was missing. I haven't had time to make it out to install the couple inches that were missing but it was in my calendar to fix."

This is not a reputable company, he does no do what he says he will. Does not warrantee his work. Refuses to come back and fix issues that are a result of his work.

"I explained to Ms Miller that the product she got came with a manufacturer warranty and if she ever had issues with it she would have to contact them because this was a special order item not a item I keep in stock. I stand behind all my work and even told her I would replace it with the leafguard I keep in stock. Also asked to see pictures of the issues that she had with the product because I no longer work in the area she lives in and and i never received those. I'm not ashamed to say that I have had 4 call backs in the past 5 yes of business and I have been able to resolve every one of them in a peaceful matter. That being said I hope we"

Brandon quoted for the areas where we did not have gutters. Our gutters were a smaller size though. When He came to do the job, we told him to do the whole house in new 6 in gutters. We got the leaf guard as well. He did an excellent job and cleaned up nicely. The gutters look great and are a better size for the pitch of the roof.

Good gutters and fast install. They are very busy. We couldn't even keep up with them. They came in installed and went away. My advice to them is to let the homeowner knows that you finished the job before leaving.

The experience was good. The price was fair. We have had several days of rain since my gutters were installed, and so far no problems. Brandon and his staff showed up and worked steadily until the job was done. My neighbors and friends have commented on how nice the house looks. I would recommend them to anyone looking for gutters.
