Rick has not shown up even though he told us to meet him. Waited all day and he never showed up. Will not answer or return our phone calls.

They was awesome and they did an awesome job. I would recommend them to anyone. I won’t go to anyone else

Tri County installed my gas furnace and my gas water heater. Both jobs completed as expected and done well. Rick is very professional, fair and honest. Highly recommend. I will be hiring them for another home project soon.

Rick is a man of his word. I have hired 4 people and have been ripped off by every one of them. Rick comes within a day when I need help and thats often. He works with me and has never taken more than 15 minutes to reply. I couldn't tell how many people just don't even show up or call. I came to W Virginia alone and purchased a foreclosure that has had one problem after another and he has heaped me every step of the way. I without a doubt recommend him!

Rick was great to work with, very professional and courteous. I knew what I wanted, he assessed the situation, made recommendations, and left the decision up to me as to what I wanted to do. Followed up when he said he would, did the work very well and on time.

More than 20 days since the installation of the cooling coil and still not working properly. was told needed a valve which had been shipped to the contractor but no response. Has been thru the hottest 15 days this year!

Rick and the team were extremely easy to work with. They set a price and timeline and completed everything as agreed.
