Bill and Daniel are highly recommended. They removed stomps and trunks from 100-year-old pecan trees damaged by Helene. Demolished a building that was partially demolish during the storm and remove part of another building. They did an excellent job at a fair price. Would hire them to do any kind of work similar to this or anything with land management. Great to work with and communication was the best from any contractor I have dealt with.

Not timely very unprofessional and took money and never finished the job

Had these guys clear about an acre for a home site. They were able to work me into their schedule a month early and did an outstanding job at a great price. The crew was very friendly, honest, trustworthy and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work before leaving. Will definitely hire again!

I hired this company to Take out a lot of trees, burn/haul off stumps and level off the area. They were quick to respond to my request to meet at the lot, explain the work that needed to be done and to provide me with an accurate estimate/proposal. These guys, Bill and Daniel do excellent work and you will know exactly what you will be spending your hard earned money on. We got several quotes from other companies, and even hired another company that never showed up to start our job. We had a little over an acre to clear and an 800 ft driveway that needed clearing. After meeting with these men we knew they would get the job done right. We even ended up getting a little better price than the first people we hired. Theyâ re very trustworthy, honest and hardworking people and they were EXCELLENT at communication throughout our project. Bill and Dan where quick to help us out and didn't quit until the job was done well. We could not be happier. Because of them, I got my muched dreamed for, swimming pool. We ordered the pool and started to prepare the land. My son, daughter and husband chopped the trees but soon realized this was much more than they could possibly do by themselves. We called Bill and Dan to come in and remove the stumps and level a very sloped piece of land. They did great ! Their work ethic is fabulous, their price was very competitive and they are very professional.

And he did not leave until we were 100 percent satisfied. When we made it from NY to SC to actually see the completed site we were immediately 100% satisfied. Bill Bruner does not just move dirt. Tri-County Land Services created the prettiest 900 ft country driveway with full erosion control and cleared our building site making it ready for House construction that we have ever seen. I hired this company to demolish and remove debris from my residential home that had burned to the ground. These guys came in several thousand dollars below the next highest bid to begin with, then just got better from there! They were easy to deal with, sent several digital photos to me as the project progressed and kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. They were careful about not damaging the a/c unit and preserving the surrounding area and septic system. The ground was left in good condition and ready for rebuilding. Overall, I was super happy with their service from start to finish and if I'm ever in need of this type service they will be the ones I call! Highly Recommend!!!

Bill and Daniel sent a quote on Tuesday. I accepted their quote, and they set up an appointment and removed a dead tree from my yard the next day. They did a very professional job and cleaned up all the debris from my yard and driveway. When they were done, you would not have known they had been there (except for the missing tree, of course). I would recommend their company to anyone wanting a professional job.
