"When we finished painting your home you were completely shocked by the outcome, saying how good it looked and you were very impressed! I was honest with you about the one side of your home by telling you it is not supposed to be that way but if I did not tell you, you would have had no idea! Yes, you did pay me because we were finished with the job and I did tell you we would come back out when we had a chance. I do apologize for any inconvenience and stress this may have brought upon you and your husband. We were never trying to give you the runaround, unfortunately, we have been booked and we cannot control the weather but it is completed."
"I understand if you are frustrated with having to go back and paint but we walked through the house several times with your mother to make sure we didn't miss anything and she said she was very pleased with the work. If you had any concerns with our workmanship, we definitely could have come back out to address those but I received no phone call. I know for sure all walls were painted in the home with 2 coats and when we left there was nothing missed. Also, I do not understand why you say we got tired as we do much bigger homes. I do not have any problem coming back out to do touch-ups. We are a professional company and stand behind our work 110."
