He was very neat and friendly. Enjoyed having him work on our unit.

Jim came out and inspected our unit and loop. Gave us all the information we needed. He advised our system and loop we’re running good. He gave us estimates of work we may need in the future.

I did one review previously but named him as Bill, it was Jim that provided us excellent service, Bill was the guy we didn't hire.

Bill is on time, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, reasonable,very friendly and informative. We highly recommend him.

Jim with Tri-County Refrigeration was very thorough in trouble shooting our system. In the end the unit was replaced with a better quality unit. Jim did the work and we couldn't be happier with his installation and quality of workmanship.

JIm assisted me as a second opinion for problems that I was experiencing with my geothermal unit. I felt his input was very helpful, professional and he represented his experience and knowledge, versus trying to sell a product. I felt I had an advocate for the problem that I was experiencing, and he went far beyond what was standard in assisting me to work through a decision to replace my geothermal unit.
