I live 3,000 miles from my rental property and Tri-County was very accommodating in going the extra mile in explaining what repairs needed to be done and keeping in contact with me during the repair.

Absolutely terrible! Mostly because of the owner. He seemed very professional from the start, but as the project went on reality came about. First, the contract was made out to the wrong person, and even after being told and asked to fix it he never did anything about it. Half way through the job expectations were not being met, so we made it clear that we were not happy with their work (to the owner) he agreed that he would refund us money for work that was not completed, and a wk later he changed his mind and said we were not getting a cent back. We sold him our old doors and he came picked them up and never paid for them either.

The workers did the best job they could do with the knowledge and tools they had provided for them.

The crew doing the work were did an exellant job. They were friendly, respectful and curtious.

I have paid them over 2/3 of the cost of the $6000.00 + job...they haven't shown up yet. Say the wrong windows shoed up. Has been a month, cold weather is upon us and no projected service date??? I know they have a really big job in the area and are behind onthat and now the little guy suffers. I am not happy! I really like their work but the dependablity sucks! I wont put that much cash doen up front againn without a penalty agreed upon for no shows....I guess you learn.

Although a slight problem at the beginning with both ends finding a mutually agreeable time to meet to discuss the project, I felt a good job was done by TriCounty Remodelers. Initial options were asked about and a secondary solution was agreed upon after some more local research was completed. A slight push back was experienced, but that was due to uncooperative weatherfor the initial start of the project. Better options were also offered and accepted in the doing of the project. The project was fully completed in the time alloted. All demolished materials were removed after work was completed each day. I will be having more work performed by these professionals during the next constructuion season in 2010.

Sidewalk installation was started earlier than anticipated due to a schedule change. Work was started on a rainy day so it left me skeptcal. Work was completed in three days and everything went well. Will no doubt have these guys back again.

There is problems that need to be resolved. The remodeling was done 2 months ago and was paid in full the day they left. We have spoken to them and also I have sent E-mails. I have been told they would be here when they get time. We should not have paid them at once, as they obivously don't plan on returning. The shower they installed is beautiful and they did do a great job with that. We do however, have a wall that bows out . , also an edge that got left unpainted that is very noticable.

I rate them tops in value and performance. Everyone, from the parners, to the cleanup guy showed conceren and pride in a job well done. I recommend them without hesitation.

The work that was done was exellent however -- I thoufght we were getting a writen quote by e-mail that didn't come through the start time kept getting delayed due to they were very busy. My drywall was a repair and a small job. When Andy was here he verbarly gave a price and said he probablywould do the job. His crew did the job ( very good work) and the bill was $50.00 more than we thought it would be. I am a falt for not getting a written price.

they were the company that came in and did the work, on time, as promised, and within the quote. They were exceptional and should be highly recommended.

Need a project done quickly and efficiently? Call Tri-County Remodelers! I was very nervous due to the fact it was a huge job. I have an older home and I wanted window replacements throughout the whole home which would entail all custom windows! They were on time and did the job in a couple of days! The three guys took good care of my home and cleaned up nicely. The windows look fabulous! and the next time I need a job done I will definitely call Tri-County:) Bath, New York
