John was extremely helpful with the warranty on the roof shingles. It was his help that got the company to honor their warranty. John's guys showed up on time and were polite and efficient. They made sure to cover the plants that needed to be covered and cleaned up after they finished. Great job! I would recommend them for your roof cleaning project.

Needed to have moss removed from my roof. Originally got an email same day I submitted the project to Home Advisor from John / Tri County advising he would come by and leave a quote in my mailbox. Next day I had the quote. I called John to discuss the quote. He was very thorough in explaining what would be done. No hard sell. Just good information. So I agreed to use his company. A date and approximate time was set. Two individuals arrived on the day and at the time they said they would and they immediately got to work. They finished in the amount of time they had indicated. I checked a couple of times and they were always working on the roof. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. My neighbor even called me to tell me how nice my roof looked. (I didn't have outside water so I had to hook up to his water.) They used my hose to help make the connection and they rolled up the hose very nicely. I would certainly recommend John and Tri County to anyone who needed their roof cleaned. Top rated in my book.

John was very good about communicating with us due to uncooperative weather conditions. The job was completed as soon as it was feasible.

Great contractor! Customer service is great...John was easy to reach. He showed up at my door for an estimate within a short time of my email. Allowed me some time to get some neighbors to join in on the roof cleaning, so that we can all save some money. Great work, too The streaks are gone. And he warranties his work. I would use TriCounty Roof Cleaners again in a heartbeat.
