Damage caused by contractor and seeming not to want to help fix the problem
Response from Company:
Customer has likely wind damage and/or damage from tree debris. We are more than happy to work with customers to resolve any problems or issues, however we are not willing to fix a "problem" that we did not cause. Customer was shown pictures of the damage prior to the work she claimed cause the damage. Suggested that the customer contact their insurance company to file a wind damage claim.

John was extremely helpful with the warranty on the roof shingles. It was his help that got the company to honor their warranty. John's guys showed up on time and were polite and efficient. They made sure to cover the plants that needed to be covered and cleaned up after they finished. Great job! I would recommend them for your roof cleaning project.

Great job all-around, roof looks great and is well treated. Won't hurt your roof or kill your plants. Also cleaned up the chimney, which was nice.
