"hello Maxine, I would like to speak with you to find out why your not satisfied and to see what I can do to make it better. as per the service was complete as far as running the camera through the line to the main to see the condition of the sewer line as requested. the services were done correctly. I am sorry you are not satisfied and I will be reaching out to you. thank you"
"hello Brian I appreciate the review however the quote to clear the drain was very clear up front and very fair as $165. also I cleaned up the area where the drain had backed up which any plumber usually does not provide this service except to clean up my own work area in which is always done. I also did walk through the process of how the job was going to be done and afterwards of how I did clear the drain and cleaned up. I am very shocked of this type of review because you didn't make any mention of any concerns when at the job site. I appreciate the review however I'm sorry that you feel this way. I always strive for 110% customer satisfact"
