He had a cancellation and contacted me to see if could schedule me in earlier in the day. Came in, did work (in a cramped spot), got out. Was a simple clog (lint from washing machine) and he advised how to avoid this. Went further than the clog to make sure he got it all.

James the owner responded quickly with a no B/S quote. Work ended up being more than expected, but the job was well down and more importantly it was well below the cost I estimated. James is an honest, no B/S guy with more than fair pricing. We highly recommend him and he is on our list of pros to go to.

James called and showed up in about 15 minutes. He was kind, professional and explained what he thought might be happening with our basement drain and how he might fix it. He was transparent with scenarios and cost estimates. Ultimately, he wasn't able to fix it but recommended a company to call. He was efficient and I'd highly recommend.

James is quite deceitful about his walkthrough of why and how. He does not show his steps to solution nor explain the diagnosis before completion to validate his charge of service. I would never recommend his service. He overcharges on a predatory level. I will never higher him again.

"hello Brian I appreciate the review however the quote to clear the drain was very clear up front and very fair as $165. also I cleaned up the area where the drain had backed up which any plumber usually does not provide this service except to clean up my own work area in which is always done. I also did walk through the process of how the job was going to be done and afterwards of how I did clear the drain and cleaned up. I am very shocked of this type of review because you didn't make any mention of any concerns when at the job site. I appreciate the review however I'm sorry that you feel this way. I always strive for 110% customer satisfact"
