the owner does not know construction. 20x30 addition was what he was hired to do and some demo. my footer was not square, that took 5 months to do till I fired him and lost thousands. said the inspector told him I could not have a gable roof, turns out the inspector said no such thing. would not show me where my money was spent. tore down chimney stating it was in bad shape, turns out it was not. had to pay to have my furnace moved and change duct work. never would recommend this company . he is using pictures of my home on his website without my permission

Calin and his crew did an expert job in installing our new concrete driveway. Tri County Stud and Renovations performed our job on a timely basis, and have exceeded our expectations in every way. We literally went from have the worst looking driveway within our complex to the best looking driveway. I can truly say that the beautiful concrete driveway that they installed on a timely basis, greatly enhanced the appearance of our home. They kept the work area clean, and brought topsoil to backfill the necessary areas as well as planted premium grass seed and concrete sealer. I can honestly say that this has been the very best experience that my wife and I have had in our dealing with numerous contractors. Hire them. It will be a great decision on your part.

One of the best contractors I ve ever hired. Hired them to paint my standing seam metal roof in spring of 2018. All it did was rain every three days that spring, summer and fall. Kailn called to apologize for not being able to get it done due to all the rain and asked if I wanted my deposit back. I certainly understood, these roofs need time to dry out before they can be properly painted. I had him keep my deposit. I got a call this spring to let me know I was not forgotten. Fortunately this year was much drier and they were able to get it done. They did a great job! They even cleaned out my gutters while they were up there. Kailn followed up to be sure I was happy with the job. I am pleased with this company s honesty, work ethic and quality. I also felt the price was fair. Would highly recommend

I just want everyone to know that Kalin was extremely helpful and informative as to what had to be done for my roof. He even went to bat for me with the insurance company to explain why the whole roof needed replaced. Not repaired as it has been done numerous times before. He was very professional and so were the rest of his team. I will definitely use them again. SMK

Bathroom - Remodel
First time using a contractor. Heard many horror stories about contractors in general (did NOT hear anything negative about this contractor, these are stories we heard from friends about other companies) how they take your down payment, show up the first day, do the demolition/removal of what is to be replaced, and then disappear for several days; that they can show up late or not at all, and also that communication is non existent. We had the complete opposite experience with Tri County Stud Renovations. They showed up every day, always within the 8am-9am window I was given on day 1. Remodeling a bathroom is not easy, and we had 2 that needed done. Iâve never had to pick out tile (shower & floor), sinks, faucets, etc. Itâs really difficult to make sure everything goes well together. We went to Loweâs with several ideas in mind and spent several hours looking at everything and trying to build a bathroom. We left with more questions than we had when we arrived, and without making any decisions. I spoke with the contractor about it, and asked if he would be willing to meet us at Loweâs to help lead us in the right direction. He spent a lot of time with us and was very patient. The final products (2 bathrooms) are amazing! Everyone we came in contact with from start to finish was very nice and easy to work with. We plan on using them for another big project in the near future, and anything else that might come up. We highly recommend Tri County Stud Renovations for any indoor/outdoor house project! You wonât be disappointed!

Our records show you called in the middle of a snow storm, and asked for emergency service so that you would not get fined for your (2) properties sidewalks not being cleared of snow / ice. One of our crew members immediately- within the hour had swung by and cleared approximately 7.5" off your sidewalks and curb line. As well as salted (which we did not charge for) as you stated that you wanted reoccurring service for the year, so the first application of salt was free"

Just hired them and have had only one removal but they did a thorough job. Particularly liked the way they cleared the way for the postal carrier to deliver mail. I am disabled and cannot clear away the snow myself so this service is a godsend.

Kailn and his crew replaced water damaged joists and the sub-floor in my sun room and then installed a new door and window. They had to remove some tiles to do the job. They salvaged the tiles and were able to re-lay them. It looks beautiful. They were very easy to work with and very concerned that I was pleased with it. There is one more window to replace and some other work to be done. I have already hired them to do these jobs in the Spring.

Garage Remodeling
Kailn Dildine and his TRI-County Stud Renovation team executed my renovation to a level which exceeded all my expectations. They worked in a very professional manner, were completely knowledgeable in all aspects of the project, provided excellent recommendations that enhanced the project, and were very accommodating when the scope of work was expanded by this owner. Work quality plus attention to details and finishes was outstanding, and the electrical and equipment installation was expertly done. This is a contractor who is easy to work with as they were personable and accommodating in responding to this owners every issue and concern. They completed their work within a tight schedule, were very fair with their costs, and turned over a project that this owner was completely satisfied with. I will use Kailn and his team for any other work on my house, and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to hire a contractor that will execute a project that the owner will be proud of.

Finally, a contractor who listens to the customer, explains the pros and cons of an approach to a project, will call you when heâÂÂs coming, does superior work, gets the job done in a timely manner, and cares about your satisfaction. This company works by a high standard of old-fashioned superior work ethics. We had a rusty metal roof they treated and then re-painted, and the job was far superior to the first time around with another contractor. Then we had gutter guards installed with a 10 year guarantee. We will definitely use them for any projects we need to have done in the future.
