I would highly recommend this company! Very fast and friendly service. They worked around my schedule. They answered all my questions before and during installation. The 3 installers were very kind and extremely respectful of my home and stayed late to make sure that everything was done right! Thank you!

the salesman was to pushy to buy the product. After he check my water and found high nitrates in my system and told me not to worry about it. When i check about it and found that EPA level was10 and I had 18. I called the next day and canceled my order. One of the owners talk to me about it and, put on a person on to talk to me, about the problem, and he worked out a deal on the right equipment, did a great deal for me the installation was done, and guys did a great job.

This is the pure water source you need to go with . We did extensive research . Had three companies in our house to evaluate them . We were delighted especially because they went out of their way to install the unit exactly where we wanted it . It took them much longer but they excelled . We feel lucky we found them . AZ Girl .

I asked them to install a softener not purchased from them and they did that promptly and well but had to use parts I had on hand because their parts were not able to connect to my softener. Those parts had cost me about $35 and they did not offer to discount the amount quoted. Also mentioned giving two bags of salt but left without giving me any. But I would recommend them because they were responsive, competent and if they install a unit bought from them, I have every confidence my 'issues' would not be encountered. They seem desirous of doing quality work and were pleasant to interact with.. Added comment: Not too long after the installation, I came home to find 4 bags of salt on my porch. Very friendly staff. Quick, clean, and thorough work. They were able to answer all of my questions, test the water, get an estimate within a half an hour on one day, get me set up with an install on a cancelled appointment the next. Happy to work within a budget and give options for that budget price. Took less than an hour for the install team once they arrived. Cleared a plumbing issue in our basement as well, while they were doing the install.

All of the people I had contract with were very helpful and courteous. I tried to compare them with another company and the other company could not compete in testing or price

Quality assessment of our water situation. Excellent and quick installation. They were able to provide next day installation which pleasantly surprised me. This was a big upgrade in water treatment for us and there was some sticker shock. In the long-run, we're sure we're better off.

I am only giving 4* now, since I only had the system installed Monday April, 12, 2021. My experience so far has been very good. The initial estimate and discussion came on time, and the work was done promptly and also on time. My main reason to install a new system was poor quick service from my prior company. I had been a full month without soft water and the rust was terrible. For this new system to get a 5* rating will have to wait and see if routine inspections and delivery of salt are timely and professional. Zak, who installed the system was prompt and very professional. I would use this company again (But hope I will not need to use them).
