Hired George to repair one of my apartments, did great work. I then hired him to work on my home. Not sure what happened. He put up new gutters (summer 2025) and they are already failing, separating at the seams. Deck railings have gaps in joints and do not look nearly as professional as the railings i had done a few years ago by another contractor and the lumber he used is bad and already splitting. I also hired him to fix the skirting going around the house, he repaired one section and not what he quoted. As for the kitch3en floor, already seeing gaps in the joints and the trim was never finished. Overall I give the job an F. George said he would be back to make repairs a couple months ago....if this actually happens I will be happy to make corrections to this review.

"Steve, You are correct about me telling you I will be back to repair anything wrong with the gutters. I am disappointed on you writting this review, In all my projects for the last 35 years to date I only recieved top reviews. As you say the wood is splitting I have no control of that. Did you have the deck sealed to protect it? The skirts that were on contract to fix was the one side of the home witch we reoaired that.You mentioned the other side at another point but we never decided on that.You called me only about the leaking gutter that seperated and I was to come back to repair it. Nothing else was said about anything else. If you want me to come back give me a call. Dont understand why you would take this route. Are you ok?"

They started right away and stayed with it until completed. Excellent job, looked better than expected when completed. The job included sheetrock repairs on walls and ceilings and painting. All work was top quality.

If you were lucky enough too higher Trey Falcon for your painting project, you hit the painter lottery. The owner mister george states he went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. His work ethic, it's old school, which was so refreshing! In two very long days for him, he turned my basement into a beautiful, comfortable living space. I could not have asked for anything better. Aside from his extensive painting experience, he is a very caring personable, gentleman who bent over backwards to make sure that this job was perfection. For any future projects that I may have, I would never hire anybody But G.eorge and his company TreFalcon.

The whole project was for drywall installation, new cabinets, new countertop, and much more. Not only was George very friendly but he and his small crew got everything done in a little over a week. He was very reasonable with his price and still has great quality work. Would definitely recommend!!

George and his team came right away and got my house painted beautifully in a jiffy! Thorough, great to work with, well-priced and a gorgeous job. The neighbors literally stop at my property and stand around saying what a beautiful looking house it is.
George has given great advice, and even did some prep work that the contractor Dave Doyle Construction LLC completely missed.
Do not hesitate to get George and his people in to help you with anything renovation related. They are top-of-the-line!
