"Hi Megan, There is a signed work authorization from the first day, signed on site. The equipment placed initially was for stabilization while we waited on claim approval, and the full drying setup was scheduled to begin once approval and access allowed us to start the work. Over 100 photos were taken with moisture meter readings documenting the daily condition of every affected room. We contacted the insurance carrier as soon as the claim number was available. As soon as we received notice that our services were ended, we let you know we were coming for our equipment and were asked to wait until we heard back. We picked it up the same day we were told we could. We're sorry it worked out this way, and we hope the repairs on the home go smoothly from here."
