From the first phone call i received from luke he was Very informative and attentive to answering any of my questions. He took the time to explain everything i had doubts in. During the actual home inspection he was super meticulous with his inspection. He noticed things i had overlooked. Major things he noticed was that the roof was wavy and find the reason. Second thing he found asbestos strips in basement. Overall Luke was the right person for the job he is someone i would definitely recommend in any inspections and future home inspections. Luke was extremely informative about the entire process from the beginning to the end. First, he'll pay for himself if there are items that need repair before buying an existing home. Even if there are items that are not urgently needing repair, he'll suggest what to do to get it up to 100% standard when you purchase. He has patience and will take as long as needed to explain things I didn't quite understand. He took many pictures for me as I couldn't be at the inspection just so I could see what he was seeing. If you choose another provider, you're missing out on an opportunity to maximize the efficiency and safety of your home. I highly recommend Luke for any inspection you may be needing!
