Alex was great. He showed up on time, was professional, friendly, and replaced my garbage disposal. It works great! I definitely recommend their company.

Plumber Alex called soon after I posted project. Came next morning to replace garbage disposal. Very good job installing. Very thorough and cost was what the estimate was. Thank you Home Advisor. I will use this plumber again.

Tri-Lakes responded very quickly and repaired the refrigerator is a very short time. Very capable repairmen. However, the service call was expensive.

Took multiple trips to fix the dryer. Then if they would have told me total cost before starting I would have just bought a new dryer. Around 500% markup on parts compared to local retail parts stores. Over $425 P&L for rollers, tensioner, and belt!!

After submitting a lead with Home Advisor I was promptly contacted by Alex from Tri-Lakes Appliance repair. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give a preemptive diagnosis of the problem I was experiencing with my refrigerator. He was exceptionally accommodating for scheduling a service trip time. He arrived when scheduled and quickly diagnosed, explained, and rectified the problem. He left me feeling much more knowledgeable about how my system works and more importantly he left me with a properly functioning refrigerator. I would highly recommend and will likely request service again in the future. David B
