Alex responded in a few minutes of my posting a request. He came out the same day and fixed the problem with my refrigerator. He was prompt, efficient, knew what he was doing, and was courteous and helpful. I could not be more satisfied and would recommend Tri-Lakes highly. IĆ¢ ll call them again when the need arises for appliance repair.
