I highly recommend LenĂ¢ s company Trilite. The process of replacing my brick with stone veneer went so smoothly. Since Trilite was the manufacturer and the installer in my project, I was able to choose from a myriad of stone and colors. The quality and workmanship of the masons was above and beyond what I expected. The stone is beautiful and it was all done in a timely manner and at a fair price. For stone veneer this is the place!!

We were replacing our aluminum siding due to hail damage and wanted to update the front of our house with Stone Veneer. Len was extremely helpful offering stone color / style suggestions and working with the contractor who was replacing our siding. Len was responsive and flexible to come out (many times) to walk through what we were trying to do. HIs suggestions on how to handle corners, cap stones, cutting exterior trim boards and reinforcing the wall board under the siding were invaluable. Roman and Serge did the installation. These guys are true craftsmen. They artfully selected the individual stone pieces (size, shape, color) to build the veneer. The results were outstanding! We highly recommend Len and his crew for Stone Veneer work!

Roman and Serge who did the work were artists. Len was so helpful and always answered our questions. He gave us confidence the work would enhance the look of our home.

I had a broken corner brick in my siding. I could not find any brick repairman to come to repair it, until I contacted the Trilite Stone, Inc.. Len, at Trilite Stone, was super understanding and helpful to have my little brick repair project accomplished. He even personally performed a custom-made corner piece of the brick for the project. His charge for the service was very reasonable. Such a great customer service!!! I would recommend the Trilite Stone, Inc. to anyone with a small or big brick and stone repair project. Thank you very much, Len.

Work was done well. Because it is a concrete product, rain gave them problems. Our foundation is now "stone", but the yard and drive is so well cleaned you can't tell anyone was here.

The final work product is very good and we are happy with it. The process to get "done" was overly complex and frustrating. There was no contact before the first time they came over. We expected the work would be done on the first visit. Unfortunately, the first visit was only a measurement, inspection of the tile we wanted to have installed, and an estimate. In almost all other Home Advisor visits, the work was completed on the first visit. So our expectations were missed. Then when we set the install date, the installers did not have the proper saw to cut the tile. This was frustrating since they inspected the tile during the first visit and knew exactly what the product was. So we were delayed again. Then they found a professional with the proper equipeent and set up a new install date. This gentleman came over and was great. But he advised we paint the area with a darker paint color than we had in order to match the tile because the tile we selected will have tiny gaps (it is mortar-less tile). Again, this was a GREAT piece of advice and we appreciate the insight and expertise. It was just frustrating that they didn't suggest that at the FIRST visit, or the second visit. So on the 4th visit, the job was complete and we are happy with the outcome. The original estimate was for 2 people or 8-10 hours. The final work time was 1 person for 4.5 hours. When I called to see if the final invoice would be reduced because of the actual hours spent, I was told by the owner that is not the way it works for them. All I was hoping for was a small discount to reflect the delay in time and the actual hours to complete the job. So I will be paying the original estimate, but I will not be coming back for future jobs.

first gave a estimate of $850.00 then when work was completed tried to charge me $1400.00 because of the material cost. finally settled on 1100.00 which was the original bid I had from another company so I gained nothing by going with this company.
