They did an excellent job of cleaning tile and grout after flood. I thought they were a little high on the price. I choose them because I thought they were going to also spray an mold and mildew chemical. We were not sure that was done or done with the proper spray so we re-sprayed ourselves.

THEY WOUND UP REPLACING MY CARPET AND IT WAS CHEAPER THAN ANY OTHER PRICE QUOTES I GOT. THEY HAD IT TORE OUT AND INSTALLED IN ONE DAY.
