very prompt response, and had the knowledge, tools, and parts necessary for the appliance (dryer) repair. I'll definitely keep his card.

while it took many trips to his office for the parts he needed, he got the job done and didn't charge me anything extra for the trips, so I have nothing to complain about, as the dryer works like a charm now.
