Iâ m really happy with TriStar Sun Home Inspections. Phil was very kind and patient while explaining his report to me. I was initially worried about having a home inspection because Iâ m moving from a different state (and flying to Tennessee for the inspection would not have been economical for me). Phil actually face-timed me after his inspection and walked through the home (using face-time) to show me all his findings. He explained things in an easy to understand way. Later that night he emailed me the full report and called me to see if I had any questions about the report.
