Aaron and his team got the attic insulation done on time and exceeded my expectations. He was very polite and professional in all aspects concerning this job. He did everything I asked and even gave me pictures of before and after ... I would recommend Tri-Star Wildlife to anyone ... you won't regret it. Aaron is great to work with. I hired him originally to blow insulation in my attic then he brought to my attention that the house I just bought has a mouse problem. Lucky for me Aaron is in the process of fixing that issue for me as well. He s been great to deal with and is a very professional and kind person.

When Aaron came to the house he was very through with looking everywhere and inspecting and telling what he saw. Super nice guy! Very polite! This company should be very proud to have him there. I m looking forward to the install and making another comment for him later.

He is so professional and kind. Their customer service is incredible. What he did for me was great. He was able to remove the bird from chimney.

Great management. Had some issues with his worker not replacing some materials that could have let animals in the attic. But management was quick to fix the issue.

Due to problems with the equipment there was a bit of a mess. But they went above and beyond in cleaning our attic space. It was in terrible shape, there were snake skins and rodent droppings. They cleaned ,and sprayed, re insulated . Found another problem and fixed that too. Would recommend them any time.

The company did everything as they stated in the contract. Owner inspected the final job and made sure everything was cleaned up. Overall, I was pleased.

Aaron and his crew did an amazing job getting rid of our squirrel problem, and the restoration of the attic as well as the prevention they did on the house was amazing. We would highly recommend them if you have animal or pest issues.

They were very professional and friendly. Did exactly what they had explained to us needed to be done to solve our problem.

They came promptly when I discovered a skunk problem. They ended up trapping 4 of them that had moved into the crawlspace, accessed under the HVAC. They identified how they got in, and provided a very specific, itemized list of what was needed to resolve the problem, explaining why and what needed to be done and answered any questions I had. They sealed the HVAC immediately, spent a week trapping, and then thoroughly cleaned the crawlspace, removing all contaminants and things contaminated. I was very pleased with the ease of contacting them, the professionalism, promptness, honesty, integrity and kindness. They also followed up to make sure the smell was gone, willing to do more if it was needed. I would gladly recommend them in a heartbeat!!

He is very diligent and takes time to explain what he is doing and why. He trapped many animal for me and I would use him again but I hope I don't have to.
