I like the way Andre made it clear what i was getting for his services. he was the only one to sketch a drawing of the work which made it easier for mew to review and approve. he then came out and together we discussed it.

These guys did excellent work. Clean, listened to what I had to say and overall did a great job in the stated time frame.

Tri-State Decks replaced my old deck that was falling apart. They did an Amazing job. Showed up on time and it was affordable. Completely done in 2 days!! Most of all the work was top notch. I have had other contractors work on my house that took short cuts, these guys took the time to do it right. Highly recommend

Very professional, friendly and and easy to work with. Price was highest among 11 estimates. Asked for an estimate on a another project and they never got back to me. A return call on my second estimate would have gotten them a 5 on customer service.

They provided details that other contractors omitted from their presentations, their price was comparable to others , but above all their workmanship was excellent. When I had a question about some colors/materials their only concern was to satisfy my husband and I- they really understand and value customer satisfaction.
