To my delight, my new roof was installed within just two weeks of signing the contract! Adam kept me updated throughout the process by sending pictures of the work, which I really appreciated. The installation crew was incredibly nice and polite, making the whole experience even better.

I was so impressed with the worker he worked in the dark and it was raining. I tried to get him to wait until the next day but he would notâ he was certainly a hero

Called for exterior wall repair and told no problem. Consult person arrived and gave estimate and asked to check our roof.Next thing you know we need a $8000 roof. FINAL BILL $12,000 with no wall repair.DEMANDED $4000 ON THE SPOT FOR WOOD and TOLD INSURANCE DID NOT COVER. Insurance adjuster said he never spoke to them.He Did not know we needed wood.DO NOT USE

They ae one of the best contractors we have had for anything. They removed the old shingles and replaced with a beautiful, long lasting roof materials. They reworked all flashing and installed protection for the gutters. They were prompt and did outstanding work. I am from a family construction background so I recognized the excellent job they did and then left our property spotless. They then followed up several times to see if there had been any problems which there were none.

They were quick and got the job done wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Tri State Exterior Design Team were very professional and knowledgeable about my roofing needs. FIdel made me very comfortable moving forward with replacing my roof. He shared many pictures with different angles of my roof and mark the spots that were damaged so this made it easy for me to make a decision to get the repairs done. Fidel was patient in explaining each step of the procedure and he even came to my meeting with the insurance adjuster. Tri State's excellent workmanship and timeliness in getting the job done quickly made this a great experience. The work crew did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Tri State Exterior Design without any reservations.

We had water marks and signs of a leak on the ceiling in our foyer. Damage, including rotting wood and a hole was found at the base of our dormer. Tri-State Exterior completed a color match and replaced the front section of our roof including wood, waterproof layer, and shingles. They put down tarp to protect house and shrubs. They were professional and friendly. They did a great job and completed the task in a timely manner.

They were terrific!! Can't say enough good things about the service, quality, professionalism. They were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I got So much more than was expecting! Seriously include them when looking for exterior work, you won't be disappointed.

Tri-state was in and out in one day. Our roof looks fabulous! Scott and Adam checked on their roofers to make sure everything was done correctly and professionally. They even did a little more than what was originally expected to ensure we were happy. The workers were efficient, professional and friendly. We are happy we chose Tri-state. The work performed by this company was excellent but the customer service was not great. Several times during the process, they said they would call or stop by and they did not. I had to call them to get an answer several times during the process. I also felt pressured during the estimate/sale phase of the process.

The work was top notch. Quality of materials was superb. Cleanup was superb. They were a noticeably more expensive than other possible sources, but perhaps you get what you pay for.
