They were able to schedule a treatment fast. The person who came to the house was very friendly. The only thing I did not like was that the contact person on the phone led me to believe termite control was covered in the quarterly cost. At no time was it mentioned it would cost more. I only found out when I got the yellow slip at the end of the service.

This is a family run business, and as such, the service was excellent! Chad showed up early (calling first to make sure it was ok), walked around the entire house with me while I pointed out the specific places I had found black widows, and then sprayed the entire house inside and out. He was very courteous and friendly! I look forward to doing business with Tri-State Exterminating again in the future!

The service tech was very professional, on time and efficient. This only the first pest control treatment I've had with Tri-State but so far so good. Cheryl called a day in advance to make sure everything was ready for her arrival and customer service was pleasant and well educated answering any questions I had.

This company did an exceptional job. They provided a great times that worked around my busy schedeule. Overall this is a trustworthy and loyal company. Also the service tech was extremly knowledgable about termites and the product that they use.

Called when they thought they were running late. He listened to me and answered all my questions. I would have liked them to spray other areas but it was not recommended. Friendly and polite. I would recommend them.

Mr Wiley arrived early. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing, how the chemicals worked and what we could expect. He said the bug problem might get worse before it gets better and he was correct. However, I have been seeing a lot of dead bugs so I'm a happy customer. I would recommend Town & Country Pest Control and I will switch my termite contact to him.
