Tri-State Ground Maintenance

THEY WERE HIRED TO REMOVE A LARGE TREE AT OUR PLACE OF BUSINESS. THEY ARRIVED THURSDAY TO DO THE JOB AND UNFORTUNATELY I PAID HIM AS I THOUGHT HE WAS FINISHED BUT HE WAS NOT. HE CALLED SOON AFTER I PAID HIM AND SAID THAT ONE OF HIS WORKERS HAD CUT HIS FINGER AND HE WOULD BE BACK ON FRIDAY TO FINISH THE JOB, AGAIN I THOUGHT HE HAD FINISHED THE JOB. I TOLD HIM THAT WAS FINE BUT HE WAS A NO SHOW ON FRIDAY THEN HE SAID HE WOULD FINISH OVER THE WEEKEND AND AGAIN HE DID NOT SHOW UP AGAIN SO I CALLED AND THE HE SAID HE DOES NOT WORK WEEKENDS AND WOULD BE BACK MONDAY .... NOW ITS FRIDAY AND HE STILL HAS NOT BEEN BACK TO FINISH THE JOB. HE LEFT A TREE STUMP WITH DAGGERS STICKING OUT OF IT THAT COULD KILL SOMEONE AS WELL AS A HALF-CUT-UP TREE NOT TO MENTION A TON OF BRUSH FROM THE TREE LIMBS. WE HAVE CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO LUCK SO I SUGGEST NO ONE USE THIS MAN FOR WORK. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY. MY BAD FOR PAYING HIM BEFORE HE WAS FINISHED BUT I DID THINK HE WAS FINISHED BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT HE MADE ME THINK. AGAIN MY BAD FOR NOT DOUBLE CHECKING AND I WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN. I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEND ANYONE PICTURES OF THE MESS HE LEFT. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD TO FILE A POLICE REPORT AND WE WILL BE DOING THAT AS WELL.

The team did an excellent job. The amount of wood to be removed was enormous. They worked diligently and cut up and removed the large trees. I thought it would have been impossible to do so much in one day. If I have any other work of this nature I would be happy to hire them again.

Dennis and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. So kind, honest and hard working. My yard needed a TON of work and they were able to complete the job within just 2 days. Dennis and his team came out, gave a very reasonable estimate. He came out the next day and had a full blown landscaping job (dug out several over grown shrubs, trimming, planting and mulching) in less than 2 days. Iâ ve recommended him to all our friends and plan to have him come back every year. You canâ t go wrong with him!
