Easy worry free install.

They are professional and courteous and did everything that they said they would do.

Project completed. Fair price. My only complaint is the film left behind on my wood entry floor and porch. It came up after a couple of passes.

Pleasant and thorough.

They were on time when promised. The work was done fairly quickly (about 3-4 hrs) and they left no mess. Most importantly, the work done has solved the radon problem, lowering numbers from 15-25 down to less than 1.

They went above and beyond to make sure I agreed with the placement of the unit. They even fixed an electrical outlet that was wired incorrectly.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of both workmen. They listened to my concerns and we were able to come up with an alternative approach to placement of the system. They were able to provide protection of both areas of my home with one system instead of installing two separate Radon systems. The system was placed in the unfinished area of the basement leaving all my finished area untouched. They left the work space cleaner then it was when they started and made sure everything was put back in place. I highly recommend Tri State Radon and Mold, Inc.
