Tri- State Remodeling

We could not have chosen a better company to do our basement. We were extreamly pleased with the work and the crew was excellent. I am looking forward to having Pete and co. do more projects for me in the future. I wouldn't think of having another company do the job!

I am very happy with the job they did. The original estimate they gave me was much lower than it should have been, therefore even though they exceedd their budget, I feel I got my money's worth. I have no complaints and would use them again in the future.

Still waiting for the bathroom to be finished. Tile work not corrected, tub not set propertly...caulking around tub does not stay because the tub moves. Cheapest quote, cheapest work. Got what we paid for I suppose.Here it is July and my third floor bathroom is not done. My

Although the contractor means well, his proposal was way undr budget and we ended paying more than expected. We had a incident which caused additional work to the house but he took full responsibility for it. The time line for the project was longer than expected but in terms of timliness for work they were 95% of the time there on time and as schedule. They also did the work pay per hour which I would not recommend. Overall, I am pleased with our bathroom remodeling.

Pete and his guys were very professional and courteous. Communication was excellent and he was willing to work around our schedule. He came to do the estimate before we left for work in the morning and faxed the estimate to us less than 2 hours after he left our house! We're glad we found someone we trusted to do the job and do it well--we'll definitely keep him in mind for future remodeling!

Great work. Clean and reasonably priced. I would hire him again for other projects.

I just want you to know that Tri-State Remodeling Systems telephoned me the same day I put in the request, following that up by coming the following day to give us an estimate. I telephoned him Saturday afternoon stating we would like him to do the job. They came today (Monday) and not only removed the old rug we had down, cleaned up everything before removing the squeaks in the floor and replacing all the furniture. They also put in a new back door for me that I have pending with you. I'm very pleased with their work and will be sure to call Pete Sokolowski for any future work we need to have done. Thank you very much.

Much more than I expected from the internet. I was unable to find anyone interested in my job, but Tri-State Remodeling gave me a fair price and was very clean and was a perfectionist.
