Kelly installed a new toilet for us. He did a superb job and he deserves a raise. He has such a great attitude. He is a keeper & again, he deserves a raise!! And I am not his mother or grandmother.

Tim gave us an honest evaluation of our existing water heater and options for repair or replacement. We decided to replace the water heater and Tri-State scheduled the next day. Installation was professional and l think Tim is the kind of craftsman you want representing your organization. The fact that you install the Rheem brand helped close the deal.

They made almost immediate contact, we set up an appointment, and they were prompt on the appointment. My sump pump was shot (something I know nothing about, but the results showed it). Barry recommended a better brand pump that he said was top of the line. The price of the repair was a little steep, but I did opt for the better pump.

Larry explained the process. Made sure that we were aware of the requirements and the amount of time needed to complete the job.

I had to shut off the water to my house so I needed fast service. Within about a two hour time frame they arrived, took care of my issue and I was able to turn my water back on!

Larry and Paul were prompt and from the offset the work was good. Problem with the toilet leaking but it was resolved after 4 attempts no fault of there's just took fresh eyes - another technician - Kelly/Tyler with the same company. I would give the company more stars however, they did the old bate and swtich., The email from Tri-Sate listed a few items which the company did not address and after 3 months of asking for the invoice and apologies from Larry that the informaiton was miscommunicated in the email, I got the short end of the stick, paying for services that were not rendered with an invocie 3 months later conveying what was done. I spent 3 months of telephone calls and apologies from them wher another plumber came out and replace the bathtub sink drain that was suppose to be done by Tri-State and charged me $300. the shower drain was not done and I still have a cast iron vent pipe which takes a while for the smell to dissipate. I paid for all the tiems to get done based upon the quote I was provided and the emails and what i got was the short end of the stick with thd bate and switch tactics!!! They give you a blank screen to sign so, be careful that you check out everything on the email is done and don't go signing any blank screens!!!

Excellent work. Period. Barry not only replaced, but he improved and made it better. You get what you pay for. Called ahead, same day work, cleaned up after job was done. Will use them again for my plumbing needs. Thank you!!!

Larry was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend again. The reason I'm giving 4 stars on the value for the money is because I thought the price was a little high.

It did seem to be a little expensive for a valve replacement but due to their excellent service and being able to get our issue fixed right away - it was worth it!
