Tankless Water Heater Installation
Replaced tankless water heater of my choice, fixed broken pipe, removed water softener/filtration system. Very reasonable price. Friendly and fast. Scheduled within 2 days. They arrived mid-morning, were done by 2:00. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Honest, price fair and reasonable and well below estimates I received from other plumbing contractors. Excellent workmanship. Other contractors I received quotes from were attempting to gouge me and obviously not honest. I will be using only John Mastro for any future plumbing needs.

The plumber did not wear a mask and did not give me a quote before he began. I expected a quote, and I probably should have insisted on one. Did not think the price was going to be so high. The price seemed a bit high for fixing two faucets and clearing a drain. Cost was 350.00 for an hour and a half of work.

The crew team that came to install the system did a great job, they ran onto some unexpected issues, such as the foor opening been smaller than the water heater tank and not having an electrical outlet to plug in the tankless unit but they communicated with me and found alternative ways to solve the issue. I am very glad and thankful to have selected Tri Valley to get this project done.

Courteous, prompt service. John Mastro came to give me an estimate on extending a gas line to my fireplace. He determined the best route for the line and explained his reasons clearly to me. He answered texts right away when I had questions as I was deciding which contractor to hire for the job. The crew that came out was on time and did the work required.
