Abysmally Terrible!

I hired Shea to fix multiple leaking jets on my hot tub. He came out and ordered the jet parts. He put new jets in and said they sent him the wrong internal jet parts. They were supposed to send the right parts directly to me. Once the silicone dried and I filled it with water it was leaking just as bad as before. I contacted him, and he told me he had a dental abscess and could not do anything for a few days. I have emailed, called and left voicemails and texted him MULTIPLE times since then. He has not responded. I have no idea where he got the parts. I have no idea what type of internal jet is needed. He TOOK my money and never completed the job. I only paid him because the job was almost complete. I had no idea when I filled it with water that it would still be leaking. And I got screwed out of my money for the parts that he never produced. They were probably the right parts to start with, and he just took them. This is the SECOND hot tub repair person to screw me. What is wrong with these people? No one should be treated like this.

First, I would not have given any stars except this site would not accept my review without marking something. Shea came out to diagnose my hot tub problem and said I needed a new pump. He said he could get me the best price and I gave him a check for $250, the agreed upon price. I have not seen or heard from Shea since. He cashed my check, will not return calls and this has been over a month. I recommend staying away from this person.

Hard working and intentionally concentrated on good customer service

Shea is bright, personable, and he knows hot tubs inside out.

The person I dealt with goes by then make if Shea. He was hired to replace a pump for my hot tub. He showed for the initial appointment and determined needed a new pump. I gave him a check for $350, which he cashed. After trying to reach him for over 2 weeks with calls and text everyday, my pump still has not been installed. He has not returned any of my calls or texts. As of now my money hasn’t been returned nor has my pump been installed. I highly recommend staying away from this company. Hopefully, homeadvisor will be able to help me resolve this issue.

Knowledgeable and polite

Really nice fellow who communicated clearly and lived up to his word - so far. The project is not completed because he needed to order parts. I expect to hear from him soon, but understand about a delay because of the holiday this week.

Shea was awesome!! I called him about repairing a leak in my hot tub. As soon as he opened the door to the control panel, he spotted the leak right away. Not only did he fix that leak but also reconnected another tiny hose that was loose and dripping water. While Shea was here he cleaned my hot tub the best that it has ever been done and in just a short period of time. He gave me several tips like filling my tub through the filter so all the trash and stuff gets washed out, to apply olive oil to my cover to bring the finish back to life. His fees for fixing the leak and cleaning my tub were more than reasonable. Shea is my No. 1 hot tub man now. I will definitely be calling him for future cleanings and any repairs and highly recommend him. He made my day!!

Shea was just fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the service we received from him. He was extremely reasonable and knew what he was doing! He made sure that we were aware of any problems and addressed them and also knew what we wanted done. I would highly recommend him for anything hot tub or spa. It was a great experience !! so happy to have found him.

Shay was very knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure my problem was solved before he left. His service fee was very reasonable compared to others. I had a very good experience with his service. I'm really glad to have found someone to trust when my tub needs maintenance again
