he arrived a day early, but that was ok. he got right to work and did a super job rolling my lumpy lawn, what a difference.

Triad was highly recommended by our interior decorator and other clients they had done work for along the coastline (west Michigan). Triad installed a full landscape for us in early spring 2016 (Sod, New Irrigation System, Pennsylvania Blue Flagstone Patio, Gas Fire Feature, Entry Berms, Canadian Hemlocks and foundation plantings). We worked with Steve and Jeff from the design team and Tim Burks was our assigned project manager. Triad has done a stellar job of helping my partner and I understand the construction process, warranty coverages and work scopes thru comprehensive documentation and amazing design work. Tim (our assigned project manger) was polite, professional and approachable. Tim definitely went out of his way to keep us informed / never made us feel inferior despite the never ending questions (thanks again Tim!). Jeffery used the term interactive when he described triads approach to landscape design / construction (proactive would be a great definition as well Jeff!) When we met with the designer (Sean) at finalization he asked that we write a review upon completion, so here you go! -professionalism 5 stars -design and work scope quality 5 stars -quality of construction 5 stars -price: they definitely were not inexpensive (higher side of the spectrum) but we wanted the very best for our lake home and we couldn't be happier 4.99 stars Thank you again triad!

They explained contract to me and worked with me on schedualing time frame. Very professional.

The young men need to learn what flowers look like. They cut down several plants when they trimmed the yard. They also missed parts of the yard when mowing. The young men were polite.

My stone retaining walls with stairs are spectacular. Tim kept me informed daily of progress .Triad exceeded my expectations.

I started early in the season to get a contractor for my project and was directed to TriAd Landscaping Solutions for a primary contractor. I did not need a secondary contractor as TriAd did everything I needed doing including installing a irrigation system, installing sod in my front yard and a 13'x30' brick paver patio in my back yard. They did an excellent job in every area of the project in a very timely period. The personnel were all great and always on time and knew what they were doing. As far as follow-up they respond very quickly and try to make everything perfect. Thank you TriAd for a great landscaping experience.

We contracted with Tri Ad on June 1, 2012 --- They told us they work would be performed the week after the 4th of July. We received a call that they were running a week behind and that they would be out the following week � no call / no one showed and as of July 30th no work has been performed - Tri Ad contractor has been a complete �No Show�! We finally called and asked for a refund of our deposit for non-performance on their part � their office manager refused. Stated it was weather delays that have caused them to be behind � I said no one called to inform us. He also stated that they had already ordered the plants. They finally showed up

At first it appeared weeds were dying, now they are starting to come back to life(dandelions) - they were twisted, now staightening back upright.
