Mike is a very nice and honest guy. However, we had quite a few issues. His crew did not do all that they were supposed to do, so he fired them. That crew was replaced by 2 temporary guys with no landscaping experience. I had to show them what needed to be done. The weeds were not taken care of like they should have been and we had a disagreement about putting down mulch.

"I feel that this is a unfair review...if this company was so bad they wouldn't have called us to give them a estimate on a project they wanted done. Tucker and his wife broke the contract and I returned their check that they had written the company. The contract was not broken by Triad Multi Service LLC but by the customer. When the contract was broken the company didn't go after them for breaking the contract but returned their check uncashed."

I hired Triad to put in a french drain in in February. He did the work and all seemed fine until the lawn irrigation company came to start my system. They found that the zones on the side of the house would not operate. After some investigation and a lot of digging they found several cut pipes where Mike dug. It cost me $1,000 to fix the problem. I called Mike to see if he would help us shovel the gravel and dirt back. He came by, took a look and said it was not his problem. I would not recommend this company due to their unwillingness to take responsibility for damage done on the job. I did not ask his to pay any of the $1,000 - just a couple hours labor. He was aware that there was an irrigation system.

"We did the job that Mrs W(consumer name withheld per their request) asked us to do. She told us that there was an irrigation system. We asked about the location of the irrigation system and she said it was all along the side of the house and there was nothing to worry about. When we were digging with the large piece of equipment, there was no indication of the system. We were called back to look at the job and upon arrival saw that almost all the work that we put in was completly dug up, along with the new grass seed and straw that was put down. That would NOT have been just a couple hours of work and felt that the irrigation company dug it all up, they should have finished putt"

I have already sent a detailed explanation of my experience with Mike Paddock and Triad Multi Service to home advisor in the form of a complaint. Mike refused to honor the contract we signed and service my yard weekly. I practically had to beg Mike to cut my grass as he promised to do so. I had to move on from Mike and Triad Multi Service because he refused to come out and cut my yard to maintain it. Mike violated the contract by refusing to cut my grass, so I had to hire someone else who I am now satisfied with.

Mike forgot the first appointment but made one for later the same day to examine the work. He arrived, looked at the job, and estimated $800-$900. I agreed and asked for it to be done shortly. Mike called me later and advised he would try to get it done on the weekend. Mike apparently arranged for another tree service to do the actual work since another company stopped by one afternoon to look at the job that Mike had asked them to do. They looked it over and advised they would be by around 8 AM Saturday to do the work. Yarbrough Tree Service arrived a little before 8 AM with a 70 foot boom truck and took no time to get set up and start taking down my tree. They were done about 8:40 AM. They were very quick and efficient. My only request on this job was that all the limbs be removed from the trunk and no cleanup since I wanted to keep the cost at a minimum. They went a little further and actually also took down the trunk. I may have been able to rent equipment and do this myself and saved some money, but the quick completion of getting the tree on the ground was well worth the extra cost. Also, if I had rented a towable boom big enough to do this job it would have cost me about $400/day and if I did not finish in 1 day the cost would have been about the same.

It seemed difficult to explain to Mike exactly what I wanted to accomplish. Either I wasn't explaining plainly what I wanted or he just didn't understand. He did move a lot of dirt, but really didn't have the proper equipment to complete the job as needed. What he needs is a bulldozer, not a bobcat. After completing the job as he saw it, I called and asked if he was going to return to pick up all the rocks and smooth out the land so I could mow like I did before he dis his grading. His response was no. So now the wife and I have to spend at least a day picking up all the stones and smoothing out all the rough edges along with the rough areas. Luckily we have a drag we can use to help us out. Then we will have to re-seed and hope for the best. I will say one thing, he honestly believes he is a man of his word. I will say that he is.

"What the customer failed to mention is that we went above and beyond the job and moved extra dirt on the job. He also mows the property with a tractor and a bush hog. When he explained the job to me, he mentioned nothing about wanting a golf coarse finish. After talking to some of the neighbors in the surrounding area they all said the same thing... Good luck making that home owner happy."

We talked to, met and ultimately hired Mike to help us prep our yard for a project we were about to start and to knock out a spring cleaning on our yard. He and his crew were so awesome to work with that we've already had him back out to work on our other projects we have going on in our yard. I could not recommend him and his team enough, super impressed with them...they are our go to for the any yard work we are planning.

My only complaint was that he was "punctual" to within 2 hours. He did call after a while to say he was delayed and then he showed up on time. The work was all that I expected.

Mike is very easy to work with. All the crew members are very friendly and willing to make any changes requested. After mowing and edging everything, then blowing off the required areas, the yard looked well manicured and the best it has looked in a long time. Thanks Mike for getting our yard in shape again.
