Easy to communicate with and available for scheduling quickly. Did an excellent job turning my orange mud colored grout back to the light gray it was meant to be. I was prepared for what to expect upon completion of the cleaning. It took a few hours overall and was well worth the money. Would absolutely hire again.

Fantastic experience with Everett and TSR. Replied promptly, good communication and follow up from quote to completion. Another company said repair was impossible and wanted me to replace everything, it was great to find someone who gave honest answers and good service. Nowadays it's hard to find people who do more than the minimum, Everett researched out grout color with the distributor before he came. Recommend TSR 100%.
