My son had mold in his apartment on campus at Mizzou. There were some health related issues and I needed an expert to identify how bad it was. It turns out the apartment was riddled with extremely high levels of harmful mold. Triangle helped us identify the levels and documents it in a very detailed report. Great service, extremely knowledgeable and quite professional. Highly recommend!

John was very thorough with assessment and reports were very detailed in pinpointing things that should be done in home to eradicate mold problems and improve air quality. Excess humidity in the home is creating unhealthy breathing conditions in the house. Going forward, if we buy another home in the future, we will have HVAC system and duct work thoroughly assessed by HVAC specialist and not rely on a home inspection alone (which typically doesnâ t pick up on these issues) to avoid the costly fixes we now face.

Both John and his teammate John were very professional and personal. They were very concerned for our wellbeing and notified us of the immediate dangerous level of toxicity of the air quality because of our current health problems. They were very thorough in the inspection and prompt in getting the assessment report from the samples taken back in a concise and professional format. We are especially grateful our friend recommending them to us. We will recommend them to others as well.

I paid $900 to evaluate the mold in my home and write a report for eradication. They reported a high concentration of mold in one area of the house where there was no water leak and no visible mold. When the mold removal company came out to bid on the job, they questioned these results as the leak that caused the mold was several rooms away. They retested the air twice and found Triangle report to be wrong - there was very little mold in the air; nothing needing a lot of work to clear, I contacted Triangle and asked for a partial refund and they denied my request. They blamed it on bad a bad testing lab but two tests were done. Additionally, Triangle copied their findings report to a company that I had not hired. This report is personal information and I did not appreciate that Triangle shared it with others. This company wanted to charge me $250 dollars for a bid while other companies gladly came to my house o bid without charges, Lastly, I asked Triangle to estimate based on their experience the removal cost and they said $50,000. I was very upset so I called my insurance company only to find that I was not covered. When I received bids for removal, all the bids came in around $6,500. Thank goodness Triangle was not even close in their estimate.

John is so personable, professional, and THOUROUGH. He was very easy to get a hold of. Took his time answering all of our questions, and his reports were very thorough. He saved us from making a huge, expensive mistake. Worth every penny. Not many people these days with excellent customer service, with integrity.

It is very costly to have this testing done but it gave us peace of mind as to what was making our mom sick.

I called asking for a fecal matter test. He immediately said I need three tests in different areas although we likely only needed three. Came out and NEVER TESTED FOR FECAL MATTER! He tested for mold....WE NEVER ASKED FOR THAT and mentioned the test we wanted at least 10 times. Got ripped off! Don't use these guys unless you want a MOLD TEST...even then based on how they listened to us, we can never justify this company to anyone.
