My hot water heater was on the fritz and leaking water, so we had no water in the house. I have 2 small grandchilren with me and out of town company that night. I went through Servicemagic and got a phone call immediately from Triangle Service Pro. Kyle was at my house within 2 hours and replaced my water heater that day! He was very personable and informative. I was very pleased with their service. The price was somewhat high, but getting everything done in one day was wonderful! Steward was fantastic! He answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. His work on my sink and installing a new water heater is wonderful. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. One of the reasons I had put off having plumbing work done was being uncomfortable about having a stranger in the house. Steward is kind and funny, so I was comfortable with having him tear up the sink and water heater.

Located the cause of my ceiling leak - crack in the roof jack. Technician was timely, courteous and knowledgeable. Took time to explain work to be performed. Final price was consistent with the estimate. Costs consistent with other estimates received. Very pleased.

I was not very happy with his services. First he did not bother to inform us that he will charge to just come over and look at the problem. He just billed it when I asked him for the quote. He quoted high rates for every thing and so I went with the most necessary thing that needed to be fixed. He did not do a good job of diagnosing and correcting the problem. I am not even sure if he fixed the problem correctly.

"It is our policy to inform customers of all charges before we do any work, this includes the diagnostic charge for repairs. Standard up front flat rate pricing was quoted. Customer knowingly refused to have any complete repairs made and requested only a partial repair. We did exactly what the customer requested not what we recommended."

They did a good job giving me options to resolve my leaking toliet and worked on some other toliet issues while here. Disappointed that the $75 just to show up was not credited towards the overall bill but left as part of the total bill.

Very fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I am always hesitant to have service work done when I'm not at home, but I felt no hesitation in leaving them a key. They called to let me know they were on their way to my house, and they called when the work was complete. Although having my furnace break was a pain in the you-know-what, I was at least glad to have such a wonderful company handle the repair. I now have their magnet on my fridge, and they will be the first person I call if I have any more problems in the future.

We had a terrific experience with Triangle Service Pros. After dealing with some shady and unreliable contractors in the past, this has been a breath of fresh air. They installed a new gas line for us and went above and beyond. We will now be using them for all our plumbing/hvac/electrical needs.

Triangle Service Pro came to check a spot on our living room ceiling. They were able to come on a week night which was very convenient since my husband and I both work full time. They were very friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend them to others.

I called several plumbing companies. They all immediately recommended replacing my hot water heater due to age (8 yrs) even before coming on site! I went online and found Servicemagic. Within 5 minutes of hitting the submit button, I received a call from Triangle Service Pro. Brian was the only person who listened to what my problem was and suggested that a total replacement probably wasn't necessary. When Brian arrived on site, he checked out the system and identified two problem areas that he fixed. The water heater has been running great ever since! They saved me over $1,000 and have excellent customer service! Thank you!!!!!

They were call to fix a gas leak. I knew where it was, they did not have to search for it. The also hung a few supports to keep the line secure. Just to show up at the house was $99. This was not applied towards the work done...even tho all it took was a tightening of the connection. I was left with a bill of $200 for a minimal amount of work and no diagnostics.

"Unfortunately a service call fee is required for us to do business because of the overhead cost. It order to guarantee our work we must check every location for a leak, therefore time and expertise was involved in making sure the leak was properly found and any other problems were solved. The price was agreed to before any work was done. Our goal is to fix all problems right the first time."
