Triangle Gas Works did a fantastic job for us running a gas line to our wood burning fireplace and installing gas logs. We compared prices from several different companies and Triangle Gas Works was the best. And they did a beautiful job. So responsive, so polite, so conscientious. Could not have been better.

In December 2024 Robert from Triangle Gas Works cleaned our gas fireplace and logs, freshened the sand and vermiculite, and relit the pilot. We paid in full before he left. We discovered immediately after he left that he had neglected to open the flue which created a harsh chemical smell that did not burn off. The gas burned as only one towering flame. We called Triangle Gas Works repeatedly over several weeks to ask for someone to return and resolve these issues. There was no response. Other companies, who were not able to schedule us in a timely way, analyzed the problems based on the information we provided over the phone and told us what to do. In 15 minutes we were able to resolve the issues and our living room gas log fireplace is now working perfectly.
