Amazing to work with Yiss on his team on a full remodel on a rental property in Palo Alto. It wasn't the largest property, but they gave full dedication to the project, finished on time (a little early even) and handled all the nitty gritty details I personally wouldn't have thought of. Price was reasonable compared to other quotes I had received for similar work.

Solomon Yis completed a kitchen renovation for me in a very smooth process from contract signing to finished product on-time delivery. I was out of town the entire time and Solomon was responsible via remote communication for design layout, administrative approvals of city administration HOA permits, kitchen component sourcing and selection, vendor delivery coordination and construction team oversight. Demolition was efficient and clean and the hard-working crew was meticulous in completing all the final details of the beautiful kitchen.
