Last week I had Trident Contracting replace my roof and siding, I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial inspection with Nathan and Robert they both clearly explained all my options without any pressure, to the final cleanup, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Nathan was great about working directly with my insurance company and providing them with all the necessary information. My insurance company didn’t make things easy and Nathan continued working with them to get the roof and siding approved due to storm damage. The crew was professional, arriving on time and working tirelessly throughout the day to finish the job in the same day. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail—they made sure to protect my landscaping and did an absolutely immaculate job cleaning up afterward. A project manager was on-site to ensure everything went smoothly and continued to follow up. Robert went out of his way to follow up every step to make sure I was happy and the job was done correctly. The final product looks fantastic, and I feel confident knowing the work was done right. I highly recommend Trident Contracting to anyone in need of a new roof or siding. I can’t wait to use Trident again for my next project.
