Unfortunately, this version of the events by the homeowner(s) misrepresents our activities and is not correct. The homeowners(s) have already filed a complaint with HomeAdvisor.com and were offered arbitration, but after filing two separate complaints regarding this matter, they chose to disengage from that process and use this forum to air their grievances. Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
This spring we had our garage converted to a suite for my parents with main room, closets and handicap accessories in bathroom with a roll-in shower. We were able to salvage some square footage along the bay door side of the garage for storage using a roll-up garage door so it still looks like a garage from the street with a side door entry from the patio. As with any contractor there were a couple hiccups and a few add-ons but we kept communications open and all was resolved within the 12 week limit despite constant rain storms. Everything was done with permits and inspections. So happy to have my parents safe and cared for here at home. Thank you Paul, David and the crews at Trident General Contracting.

I contacted Trident and the next day Paul came out to evaluate the home we were purchasing. The entire home needed to be renovated, in addition to foundation, electrical, HVAC and plumbing repairs. Paul spent hours going over every detail of the project, oversaw all bids, worked with our loan officers and consultants and met with all the sub-contractors to ensure not only quality work but also that we were completely satisfied as customers. The prices were fair and affordable. I would highly recommend Trident to anyone that has home care needs!

Mr. Paul Willi, Owner of Trident General Contracting, worked with me directly. Promptly attended to my serious needs of a new roof after major hail storm. He was polite, calming and very knowledgable in all aspects of my roof, garage doors and fence, which was completely destroyed during a hail storm.

Trident did a fantastic job with our roof replacement. The work was done on time and in a clean, professional manner. We had some previous problems with leaking around the chimney. We had recurring issues with pooling water on top of our flat roof, causing leaks into the home, as well as numerous faulty repairs by unqualified roofers. Trident stands apart in their integrity and competence for roofing in Dallas; I feel that strongly about them. They re-engineered a sloped roof for our town home. Water no longer stands on the roof and drains cleanly to the gutters. We're really thankful to have found Trident General Contracting, we could not be more pleased with their quality workmanship and customer service.
