What impressed me most was that he was able to complete the repairs the very same day and sent the invoice electronically, making the entire process incredibly easy and efficient. Throughout the experience, he was polite, professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He also recommended an attic fan since my attic currently has no ventilation. He immediately provided a detailed quote, explained how the system works, reviewed the warranty information, and even contacted my homeowners association himself to find out exactly what was needed for approval. I truly did not have to do anything other than review the materials and sign off. His prices were very fair, and the entire experience gave me a strong sense of trust and confidence in his work.
