I strongly caution anyone considering using Tried and Tested, LLC for appliance installation. My experience with this company was consistently unprofessional and resulted in property damage, wasted time, and additional out-of-pocket costs to correct their work. Key issues: The technician marked the job ?complete? without ever arriving Showed up nearly 8 hours late after multiple conflicting updates Demonstrated unprofessional behavior on-site, including profanity in front of a child Performed a faulty installation that caused a water leak under the sink Failed to remove the old appliance as agreed and did not follow up The situation escalated further when the same technician returned and: Provided inaccurate arrival updates Dropped a replacement dishwasher during delivery Installed a damaged unit with a loud, faulty motor At that point, I had to hire another company at my own expense to fix the issue properly. This was not a one-time mistake?this was a pattern of poor workmanship

They removed/modified a cabinet to install a dishwasher. After talking to several, I chose Tried & True for their ability to give me what I wanted. Price was reasonable.

They were installing a washer and dryer and water sprayed out multiple times. There was still water left under the appliances. I did have them come back since the dryer vent disconnected as I was getting the water up. Questionable on if I have to have someone come back and fix it again.
