TrimMasters did an excellent job in removing a Crepe Myrtle tree close to the house.

Trim Masters did a great job cutting two dead trees in my back yard. They also cut low hanging limbs from other trees and cleaned up and hauled away the debris. They did it all at a competitive price. I would hire them again and I highly recommend them for this service.

Could not be more pleased with the service that I got from Shellie and Vance. Everything about the experience was great. Start with the price, how quickly they respond but mostly they took care of removing a huge tree that was next to my house that was barely hanging on and they had no problem I was a nervous wreck but they were fine. When I had my tree remove my neighbor had 2 trees that he needed to be removed, he had a contract with Trim Masters. They will not call him back, it has been 1 month and still, the trees are still there. If you cannot return a text or email, you don't need to be in business. Something is wrong with these people. Overcharged for a job that took less than 15 minutes and did not finish the work that we requested them to do. Their excuse was that another job required the equipment needed to remove stumps below ground level.

Prompt call return and quick service. The crew did exactly what was asked and took extreme care not to do any more damage to my porch and home . They removed a huge hickory tree than wind blew over against the porch and most of the limbs were hanging over the house. GREAT JOB !!

Shellie returned my call within a hour. Based on Covid 19 I sent her pics to bid the project. After reviewing she sent Vance to confirm the price and write the contract. The tree and stump were removed within two days as agreed. Crew did a excellent job on cleanup.

This company did not complete the work. The work that was performed on 4/6/17 and 4/7/17 was unsatisfactory and incorrect. I did receive a $100.00 reduction in my total cost due to one major mistake they made, which really didn't seem fair to me compared to the mistake. I paid Mr. Rice cash and he went outside to tell his workers something and left without giving me a receipt. I immediately sent him a text message because he didn't answer his phone, that he left without giving me a receipt and I needed one. He did not reply or come back. I've asked him many times to give me a receipt either my mail, fax, text, e-mail or to leave it on my porch or in my mail box when they come out to finish the work. He still refuses to give me a receipt. Every time I call he keeps telling me over and over that his workers will be out in a few days to finish the work. I know he is aware of the situation, but he has not contacted me, and I have tried to be patient. Today is the 17th and I feel like I have no other choice but to post this review.
