"I told Marybeth to get all the spots that needed to be scrapped. I would have to scrape the entire house to bare wood. Prime entire house and then paint. She didn't want to pay to have this done. I also painted the garage. Which Marybeth was satisfied with. I spent two extra hours touching up spots that I couldn't see. I also glazed windows for her at no cost. As to the foundation. It had overspray from being painted in the past. It was not overspray from me. Marybeth and I had a contract. I did everything the contract intaled. I was paid for this job."
"When I left customer. She was happy and offered me more floor work in the future. I did communicate with customer. All materially were suppose to be provided by her. I had to get materials while doing the job. I didn't even charge her. I paid for needed materials to finish her work. I'm not sure why she rated me three stars. When I left her home. She was thrilled with her new flooring ."
"I am not the painter in question here. I did not meet this customer. Mistaking identity with review. I never met these people."
"I didnt request a review from this customer. After meeting customer at initial meetting. I didnt do this job. I had a sub contractor do this job. I bought the paint for this job. I only use Sherwin williams paint. I offered this lady a price for the job. She didnt want to pay my price. I told her i would get someone else to paint the house. Thats the reason i didnt ask for a review. My sub stated to me. If he had to deal with people. Like this lady again. He didnt want to sub my work again. I feel people should also have a back ground check. I did not do this job. Therefore, I don't feel I should get such a review. I was paid for this job last month. Like i said, I subbed this job out. Me being the contractor. I left this client happy. I was paid for such job. I dont think its fair. Two months later. A customer can give a review. I have a cooy of the check. I was paid with. I was the contractor on this job. I did not do the work. I do all my jobs now. Its hard to find good subs. Being a General Contractor. I do more than painting."
"I told customer my schedule was tight. The wife was not very nice. The husband was nice, but was being pushed by his wife. To get house done. Our initial meeting, I was told I had time to do house. They agreed it could be done within two months. Customer was never told the house would be painted in a day. First off, the house was nasty. Needed to be pressure washed bad. Therefore there's no way it could be done in one day. The husband was constantly E-mailing me. Stating his wife was pushing for the work to be done. In email husband stated, I have was his wife. Not him pushing. This lady was not very personable. The things she has stated is not true. Yes I have sub contractors. The sub in question, no longer works for me. Not because of this job, however. I have 12 reviews, that prove I'm a good Contractor. Honestly, I'm not sure what happen with customer. I met with her for payment. None of what she's written was discussed. I was paid and haven't heard from this customer since."
"I was glad to help in any way i could."
