This contractor was two hours late the first day and continued this pattern of tardiness the entire project, never arriving on time. The tile work turned out okay but could have been much better. This was an overall bad experience because this contractor was not always accommodating to our desires and was full of excuses. He also did a very poor job on an additional stair project. He recommended using the existing stair treads. A huge mistake. He did not provide the quality appearance he claimed. Our stairs are still unfinished because he was unwilling to sand and paint the stair risers. I would not use his services again. NOT recommended.

"This homeowner was very un-accommodating and very disrespectful! We were not on time as specified the day before because they wanted us to pick up materials that they were supposed to pick up. We didn't contract to finish the stair risers. They constantly wanted us to provide services that they did not want to pay for. Our overall ratings are proof of the quality services we provide time & again"

My experience with Mr. Williams was absolutely wonderful. He was punctual, professional, and his work is fantastic. His goal is to satisfy the customer by giving the customer exactly what he or she wants. Before the work is actually started, he makes sure he knows the customer's expectations and does what needs to be done to meet them. Mr. Williams also makes great suggestions, giving a new and fresh perspective based on his experience. By the way, all of his suggestions about how the beauty of the final project might be enhanced were accepted. I highly recommend this professional.

This company was hired to tile a master shower. First day showed up 2 1/2's late and changed the written quote $100 higher. second day 21/2 hrs late. left a large mess. 3rd day at 3/12 hrs late I called and texted to see if they were going to show, I had no response. At that time I fired them and hired another company to finish the job. I would not recomend or hire this company ever.

"This particular project was contracted over 3 years ago. I do not know why it is at the top of our ratings. Everything that this customer wrote about was true. On this project we became extremely busy and sub-contracted this job to whom we thought was a reputable contractor. His services were terminated. This was a one time incident. The rest of our reviews are favorable. Refer.upon request."

Some of the work took a little longer then what was the orginal job.I did add an extra job on the original contract.Work is complete and was done by November 14th and the due to a mistake was finihed on the carpet 14th with large furniture moved back
