It took them well over a month from start to finish because of cancellations, having to redo their work, etc. Finally, I just told them to go, with the chimney looking like crap. I'm now paying someone else to fix what they did.

"Im very sorry you feel that way. We tried our best to work with the repurposed materials you provided . It's difficult to finish a job that someone else has started incorrectly then stopped in the middle of , and the price of 350.00 was more than fair for over 30 hrs of work. I do not think the job was quite as bad as you made it out to sound , but I will post some pictures and try to get some feedback. I can always use the criticism , it will make me work that much harder . I do take very much pride in my work and even more in making my customers happy. Eric was great. We have a complicated home. He found rats in 1 chimney and he was very professional during the removal. I just bought this house and found out that both chimneys needed caps. He did not try to overcharge or get me to buy expensive caps. He was great with communications and showed up when he said he would. Very pleasant , knowledgeable and consciencous. He is scheduled to install my caps next week and I'm sure he will do a great job

Eric was very nice and knowledgeable. I would hire him again and recommend him to family and friends. My only issue was I was not told there was a 1 hour window. So the first time I booked him to be at my house at 10, I was expecting him there at 10. So, when his office called saying he was running 2 hours late, I had to reschedule. The reschedule went smoothly though.

It was great to work with Eric at Trinity Chimney Services. I submitted my HomeAdvisor request on a Sunday and received a call from him the same day. We set up a date for the coming week for a chimney cleaning and inspection. While he was at the house performing this service, Eric and I discussed my desire to upgrade to a new gas fireplace. We reviewed my options and I selected what I wanted the same day. Eric was in constant communication and delivered a superior product that exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to use Trinity again and would enthusiastically recommend their services to anyone.

The project is not quite complete but should be done by this week; so far, so great! Very good price for my limited budget and also quality work as well! Thanks to Eric for his honesty, hard work and help in fixing my chimney problem; I thought it was the top layer of bricks coming down on my 35+ year old house; it was actually spalling and my house needed not only the chimney waterproofed but also a crown and cap; he also spruced up the inside of my fireplace box and helped me to now discover that I have a great little fireplace! Crown should be finished this week and so far, it is super!
