The only problem I have is that they did not advise me the hurricane retro fit will not satisfy the insurance industry for lower rates. However I also learned that the only thing that will satisfy the insurance industry is if you get a brand new door. I probably would not have gone for a new hurricane rated door but I should have received the option.

"The customer was not happy because we charged a service fee. Her issue was the sensor was out of adjustment so she got upset because she could have fixed it herself and we charged her a fee. We did not know what the problem was until we arrived at the house. We even greased the door down and educated her about her door."
