Tech was unable to get parts after hours. However, he came up with a heat source for the night. The next morning he came early. He was able to get the heater repaired. Responsive and good communication.

After a frustrating year where multiple plumbers (including that big TV advertiser) had failed to troubleshoot our freezing radiant heating, we were at a loss. Luckily, we tried one more plumber and landed on Alex Ortiz who was able to determine the problem and repair it. The system now works great and gas bill has even gone down. In addition, he spotted a few other items done incorrectly and resolved those. Alex is a skilled plumber, professional and honest.

Ductless A/C Service
The mini split with AC and a heat pump was installed properly. Alexis also does annual maintenance on our boiler, central AC units, and RO system. He also replaced two outdoor faucets.
