Took 5 thousand dollars down payment. Never saw him again also had me buy all equipment at Home Depot and give his information he picked up and kept it. Never answer the phone again.

Showed up on time. Was courteous and knowledgeable. Will use him again for sure. Honest guy.

This is my first time using Home Advisor & I certainly found a great guy in Gene. He put moldings around my windows. He picked up the molding, arrived right on time & did an excellent job He is very knowledgeable & professional. I have a few other projects that he will be doing. I think that I not only found a great handyman, but also a new friend.

This is what I sent LonLee about my svc: Trampoline all assembled - Gene set time 9-9:30 and showed up 10 minutes early - assembly took about 2 1/2 hours. He was very accomodating, efficient and cleaned up all the trash from the box trampoline came in. His charge was very reasonable also. My neighbor came over and I gave her 1 of Gene's cards and he mentioned he did electrical, plumbing, etc. I told him about a shop light that doesn't work on one side and he said it was the balast and if I got one he would stop when he's in the area and fix the light. He also showed me some bolt areas and told me to keep an eye on them and if they started to get loose let him know and he'd stop while he was in area - for no charge. This man is just what I and some of my neighbors have been looking for. He is jus great!

I am the director of customer service for a Fortune 500 company and I can tell you that the service I received from Gene at Trinity Handyman Svc. was SECOND TO NONE. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. I needed some antenna cables ran through a very thick wall in my home and needed some minor adjustments on a couple of doors. Even though my job presented some unique challenges we needed to work around, Gene didn't let that stop him and not only got the job done, but did so in a way that not only met but EXCEEDED my expectations. It is not often that you get good, upfront pricing information that is fair and honest and DOESN'T CHANGE once the job is done, but that is exactly what I got from Gene. Combine that with the level of professionalism and the high quality of work and not only would I RECOMMEND Gene and Trinity to any of my friends or family, but I will also call upon him again in the future for any of home repair needs. Honest. Professional. Fair prices. Quality work. You can't ask for more than that. 5 stars from me!
