Did a great job in removing an old wall oven and dishwasher, and then installing new appliances to fit. Would recommend and hire again.

They came, they fixed the problem, they left. They were friendly and very reasonable.

Hired in March 2019 for a shower remodel. Since May of 2019, we have had continued issues with the shower. The shower floor has been re-grouted three times and replaced once. Grout continues to dissolve and now holes are developing on the floor. Had the shower walls re-grouted three times, the latest being in February 2020 due to poor workmanship. Now they have cracked and scratched tiles and the grout still looks bad. Grout not filed in, holes in the grout. Had 3 other Tile companies look at the shower who All recommended the shower be demoed and redone. The quality of the workmanship is terrible. Had him back in February 2020 to make additional repairs on the stepover into the shower - it was cracking and pulling apart. When the worker left they had completely missed replacing a tile. The floor moves up and down when you step on it. All three companies suspect the shower pan was not installed properly. During the last meeting with Reid in March 2020 requested he refund our money for the shower job so we can have it redone. He has admitted there are issues but refuses to refund the money. Now we are stuck and are pursuing other ways of reimbursement.

This company did good work. They have experienced people who enjoy working for the company. There was a tripped circuit breaker that was hidden and they worked hard to find it and correct the problem. They could improve communications. I did not always know when they were going to show up or what the schedule was going to be.

bathroom remodel, electrical, plumbing, installing new tub, sink and cabinet, new flooring tiles around the new tub, all new fixtures and lighting. painted walls. Bathroom looks great. Wouldn't hesitate to have them back for other work. Good people.

We talked to Trinity Home Remodeling about install a new cooktop and wall oven that we had ordered from Lowes. Reid actually had a used set in great condition he offered to sell us, which worked out great because Lowes back ordered ours for 3 months. The install was professional and nice workmanship. We would highly recommend.

very respectable company

This was a multiple job project which involved electric,plumbing and general repair. We have an older house that involved some strange solutions but Reid researched and talked with colleagues to find out the best way to solve the issues. They installed a ceiling fan and worked on a bathroom. They were so easy to work with and definitely intend to use them again.

I hired this company last year and was very pleased. This year they came back and replaced two windows, wrapped existing windows in aluminum, replaced some siding that was torn with siding I had in storage, and replaced a light fixture on the front porch. I was please with all the work until they replaced the light fixture. They installed a very cheap looking light that was nothing like the one they took down. I asked them to replace the light with one that was similar the one they took down. It took them several days to finish the project. It is a shame that this last little bit left a very bad taste.

The work was very poor quality. Given an opportunity to fix problem did not comply. Requested refund. SP refused to provide refund or a response to request. Pathetic customer service

After a visit to Home Advisor, I called Trintiy H.R. and received a text and phone call by Reid Strickland, Owner. We set up a time for him to install a new Garbage Disposer. He is a polite and knowledgeable professional and charged a fair price as well as was on time. I also hired him to hang a front storm door and screen door in the back after He actually went to Lowe's and purchased the doors for us that my wife and I had picked out earlier and brought them back to install. I have not been nearly so fortunate and pleased with the work of other tradesman in the Shelby/Kings Mtn area within the past 5 years as I have with Trinity. This is a reliable Contractor who is honest and trustworthy and does what he says he will do I will highly recommend this company.

Replied quickly to my inquiry. Very friendly and courteous when they arrived to inspect work to be done. Gave a good detailed plan of how they were going to resolve my issue. Work was done in a timely manner at a reason cost.

Very pleased with this company. Will hire them for my next project.

Trinity Home remodeling was excellent! Their response time was awesome. I went on Home Advisor, put in my need and was immediately contacted by Mr. Strickland. I explained that I worked for a non-profit organization that was assisting a family in need. I told him what they needed and he had the job finished within 24 hours and the family was so pleased with the work that was done and how profession and understanding of their needs that the staff were. I will definitely use Trinity Home Remodeling again and highly recommend them as will this family.

I was so pleased. They were prompt, friendly and efficient.

They did a really great job for a really great price. They came out same day to fix my leaking roof because we were expecting rain tthat evening. Stayed 4 hours and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before they left right as it started raining. Hasn't dripped since. Will be hiring them to replace entire roof next. Trustworthy guys.

Reid from Trinity Home Remodeling called me within an hour of my filling out a request on HomeAdvisor, even though it was the Friday after Thanksgiving, and he came the very next day. Great service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
